The products are delivered to your address indicated on the order form (or other address of your choice to be specified when ordering) by post or by parcel delivery.
As soon as we send, you will receive an email informing you.
-By colissimo tracking: The package is delivered by your factor against signature; the signature at the reception guarantees us mutually of the good routing of the parcel. In case of absence, you are notified by a word; the package stays at your post office for 10 days.
- In package relay: The package is waiting for you in a package relay. It is the ideal formula so as not to be dependent on Swiss Post hours. If you are working, if you do not want to get stuck at home waiting for the delivery man to pass, if your mailbox is not suitable for receiving your order or if your orders disappear from your mailbox.
The package is shipped after receipt of your payment. Delivery is then made in 3 to 8 days in mainland France for items in stock.
Shipping costs appear on the summary of your order. They break down as follows:
- By mail:
Package of 8.7 euros for all shipments in mainland France. Shipping costs are free for any order over 59 euros (on mainland France only).
Package of 15.90 euros for all shipments to Europe and 29 euros to the rest of the world.
- In package relay: only in mainland France, package of 7.6 euros. Shipping costs are free for any order over 59 euros (on mainland France only).
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery slip, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be imperatively indicated on the delivery slip in the form of "handwritten reservations", accompanied by your customer signature.
It is possible, as in any shipment, that there may be a delay in delivery or that the product may get lost. In the event of a delay in delivery compared to the date that we have indicated to you in the shipping email, we ask you to report this delay to us by calling us by phone on +33559218122 or by sending us an email at kanumera @ wanadoo.fr. We will then contact Swiss Post to start an investigation. A Swiss Post investigation can last up to 21 days from the date of the investigation. If during this period, the product is found, it will be immediately re-routed to your home (the majority of cases). If on the other hand the product is not found at the end of the period of 21 days of investigation, the Post office considers the package as lost. It is only then that we can return a replacement product to you, at our expense. If the product (s) ordered were no longer available at that time, we would refund the amount of the products affected by the loss of the carrier. We decline any responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products or strike.
Right of withdrawal and return.
If these products did not suit you, we undertake to exchange them or reimburse you. Please inform us by email at email@example.com or by phone on 05 59 21 81 22, if you are returning an item.
The product must be returned at the customer's expense by carrier or by post to KANUMERA - 62 RUE LOUIS BARTHOU - 64110 GELOS - France. The articles must be returned to their original state, so that you can benefit from the right of withdrawal. Only products returned as a whole, in their original packaging complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs. In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice to request either the reimbursement of the sums paid, or the exchange of the product. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company KANUMERA will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within 10 days. The consumer will then be reimbursed by bank check.
Special productions (addition of logos, specific placements, design changes) are neither reimbursed nor exchanged.
